Just weeks after CNN swapped out Miles O'Brien and Soledad O'Brien on "American Morning", the network is making the most of him. As gunfire was heard this afternoon at the Johnson Space Center, he phoned in to offer commentary to Wolf Blitzer and even questioned other phone-in guests at Wolf's request. As he talked, up popped his headshot and the words "Miles O'Brien, Space Correspondent." While CNN named Miles chief technology and environment correspondent during the shakeup, he's long been the network's go-to reporter for all things space, detailed in his network bio. And yes, that is a rocket in his pocket (and he is glad to see you).
