We're the Republicans. And We're Looking for a Few Good Men.

stumbleupon :We're the Republicans. And We're Looking for a Few Good Men.   digg: We're the Republicans. And We're Looking for a Few Good Men.   reddit: We're the Republicans. And We're Looking for a Few Good Men.   del.icio.us: We're the Republicans. And We're Looking for a Few Good Men.

Maybe you've heard the news lately: The Republican Party -- the party of Lincoln, of Ike, of the Gipper, yes, that Republican Party -- has gone homo.

The party of God, guts, and guns has become a soiree of poufs, pansies, and pederasts.

Well, it ends here. It ends now.

It ends with you -- if you've got what it takes.

Think you do? Think you can cut taxes for billionaires by day and by night have regulation, procreative sexual intercourse with an actual woman -- in the missionary position; no unguents; no "oral;" no diapers -- and not fantasize about some Panamanian pool boy from that in-room video last week?

Think you can undergo the demanding, life-changing rite-of-passage we call "marriage" (to a woman), and not secretly yearn for the understanding touch of that sweet, crew-cut Congressional aide from Liberty U. on the Ways and Means staff? And then get up the next day and work to gut environmental rules and regs?

Think you can manage to get through a single lifetime without wearing women's clothing? In public, at least?

If you can, then we'd like to speak with you.

If thinking about women gets you physically aroused, however sporadically, and thinking about men doesn't, or doesn't all that much, there's a place for you in today's Republican Party. If you're a man, that is.

Because we want you on our team. We want you to be part of a new tradition -- a tradition of Republican men who are proud to stand up and say, when asked by anyone, from a newspaper reporter to a vice cop to a Senate Ethics inquiry, "That's right -- I'm married. To a woman. What do you think of that?"

Join our team, and you'll learn what "discipline" means. Not the discipline of ordinary conservative men -- the recreational kind, the kind they refer to when the cloak room chatter turns to talk of state-of-the-art gear, and weapons, and "equipment."

We mean real discipline. The kind that trains the whole mind, the whole body, and the whole system of genitalia and so forth. The kind of discipline that separates ordinary men from Republican men, and Republican men from each other, God willing.

Join our team, and you'll learn what "courage" means. Because courage doesn't mean, not being afraid of a naked woman. Real courage means being afraid of a naked woman but doing what you have to do -- what you've been trained to do, or paid to do, or maybe hypnotized to do -- anyway.

Succeed, and you'll find resources you never knew you had. Institutes. Slush funds. "Consultancy positions." Lobbyist jobs that ask only that you eat lunch. And foundations with fellowships that can last a lifetime.

See your RNC recruiter and hear what he has to offer. Be straight with him and he'll be straight with you. We can all but guarantee it. Usually.

Join our team and, if you've got what it takes, you'll learn what the Republican motto means, and has meant for generations, or, rather, will have meant for generations, generations from now: Semper Hetero. Forever Straight.

The Few.
The Straight.
No, really.
The Republican Party.

Careful what you wish for, I've seen this movie before.

BENT

It opens with the queer SA commander and every NAZI queer slaughtered on the Night of Long Knives...in the wings was the SS party ready to take charge from the decadent NAZI party (first team.)

How'd that turn out?

The Evolution of the Republican Presidential Contenders.
"When the Truth came knocking"

The moderator says to the assembled Republican Presidential contenders, "This is an open question for the candidates."

Evolution theory holds that man is a direct genetic descendant of hairy, arm swinging, tree climbing African apes who apparently survived despite having only crude rudimentary mental processing skills. The scientific process of carbon dating confirms the dates for such evolution and shows that man in this sense predates the Bible's time line by hundreds of thousands of years at a bare minimum. What is your opinion on the validity of carbon dating?

Romney: People will say there was a time that I embraced carbon dating but in my maturing process I have opened my eyes to how destructive liberal ideation can be to man's ascent. Junk science should not be employed to accelerate the decline of our moral virtues.

McCain: I am a firm believer that the age of the earth is a matter of state's rights.

Thompson: The media's obsession with my wife's youth has reached a new low. They're saying that she is in effect 'carbon dating' which I find offensive.

Brownie and Huckee (in unison): "Attacks on religious values are a staple of our opposition. Brothers and sisters, let us pray for God's hand to smite the ballot boxes of the heathen."

Giuliani: "Believing in evolution is weakness in the face of the enemy. It allows terrorist scum and their nine eleven democratic party appeasers amongst us to encircle our homes and maim our children. Science in pursuit of planetary wide war is to be exalted but to use it to appease Islamofascist aggression is treason. As I've previously said, nine or eleven times, I will only appoint judges that know the ramifications of using science in pursuit of weak kneed terrorist lovers.

In all seriousness, I cannot help but think the left should probably not be cheering on the ousting of Larry Craig.

Is Craig a hypocrite? Yes. Is Craig unworthy of a Senate seat because of his right-wing legislative performance? Sure. But let's be honest here. Craig is being pushed out by the Republicans not because he was arrested. He is being pushed out solely because he is gay. And if there is one thing the Republican base hates more than a Democrat, it's a homosexual - even a Republican one.

Did Craig break a law? If he did, it's a minor one. If cruising for gay sex is grounds for a Senator's resignation, how about a President with a DUI? And how many truly serious and dangerous crimes - domestic and international - have been committed in Washington by countless persons over the last 6 years for which no one will ever be held accountable?

In that light, I think Larry Craig may perhaps be the very least of the hypocrites.

We need to put the Craig commentary on hold long enough to get to the real story here - and the real hypocrites. The good folks of Idaho were perfectly content to send a man to Congress who would support an invasion of a sovereign nation; the murder of countless thousands of innocent men, women and children; the rape of the Treasury by big business; spying of American citizens; torture of prisoners; gutting the Constitution; killing habeus corpus; using the minimum wage as a bludgeon to extract yet more tax cuts for business. All these and more, the good people of Idaho were more than willing to vote for. But a grown man sticking his foot under a bathroom stall? By God, they've got to draw the line somewhere! How could they support activities like playing peek-a-boo with the guy in the next stall and still look themselves in the mirror each morning? It's called FAMILY VALUES - the vilest, sleaziest abomimation ever conceived. A putrid disgusting slogan that punishes any inappropriate use of a man's dick but rewards bombing innocent civilians to kingdom come. So who deserves the greater censure: the idiot who makes a public spectacle of himself or the monsters who view that as his greatest sin?

I agree with you guys, of course, that the real issues should be killing, and corruption, and greed, and the end of America as a free country.

But, damn, there's just too much funny material here. Mark "gram the snake" Foley, Jeff "sleepover" Gannon, Bob "the big black man scared me into offering him $20 to suck his dick" Allen, Matt "Long Dong" Sanchez, the Young Republican (33) chairman, who had one of his assistants sleeping over, at his mother's house, and the guy woke up to find the young Repub, I think the name was Greg Murphy or something like that, giving him a blowjob, the Reverend Ted "gay prostitutes and meth" Haggard, Diaper Dave Vitter (who seems to have skated because the prostitute was a woman, and the diaper thing was never proven), and now Larry (R-Idahomo)Craig.

I'll give Giuliani a pass. Like who hasn't ever gone to a costume party in drag?

This is the best post I have read yet on this issue. I don't mind a bit that men like Craig and Foley are hung out to dry for their sexual improprieties. They are hypocritical politicians who don't deserve sympathy. But the fact is that the press is playing on the public's bigotry in going after these men.

The general public feels good ridiculing the "Poufs" and "Pansies" and (in the less polite blogs) "Queers," for their nasty sexual activities. They basically feel superior to gays, dislike gays, and crucify these guys for tawdry e-mails and playing footsie in the toilet, while ignoring the truly vicious criminal behavior of the Repugs. Who cares if the Constitution is being trampled, if we ignore international law, if we use torture to get confessions, if we do the same thing the Japanese did in 1941 and begin a war on a peaceful country that didn't threaten us?

I can see the Idaho and Florida voters now--"I never voted for a homo to be in office. He deceived me." People, get some sense of priorities. Get enraged at the really awful stuff that is going on.

Excellent line.

I think Larry Craig will leave a lasting impact on a number of words and phrases:

Stall tactics

Headhunters

Filling a Senate seat

Cock sure

The mere fact that Ellis weighed in on this issue should be noted. He is a man of comedy and he just could not let this one go by.

Hypocrisy is best handled with humor. If you are outraged by hypocrisy you are not helping matters. In politics if you want to bring an end to something, make fun of it.

Comedy killed Howard Dean.

Somehow Vitter got away -

Craig's career is already in the toilet,
I say we flush him out.

I've known some criminals in my time who were successful in their crimes dozens of times before they ever got caught and some who never got caught.
The corrupt, the perverted the profane Republican congressmen that have been caught recently are only the few that represent the tip of deep spread of undercover criminals that have sold their souls for the power and wealth that their fidelity to the Republican Mafia offers, and has infested our government to it's rotten core.
If you can't tell the difference between the Republicans by the conviction of Republican congressmen just this last Bush term, than just consider why are Democratic Congressmen and their families close to 80% veterans of the Armed Services while Republican Congressmen can barely boast a contingent of 10% veterans in their ranks.
Is there a difference? Indubitably !

At the next Republican debate, the moderator should ask for a show of hands if any of the candidates has had sex with a man, ever. Then, Larry Flynt can offer a million dollars to anyone who can prove any of them a liar. It's the lie, right. Of course, if one of them is honest enough to raise his hand, he might win the presidency just for being honest.

A few years ago I heard on the Chris Mathews (that's when I watched for a few months) and one of the reporters announced a new book about Abraham Lincoln (first Republican) being gay. The book had letters from Lincoln to an old friend that the two used to live together before they both were married. It was very intimate letters. I was shocked. 1. I honestly didn't know Lincoln was Republican. 2. I didn't know he might be gay. Anyway, that is why the Log Cabin Repubicans are named after Lincoln because he was born in a long cabin. I thought that was interesting at least.

Well, it doesn't look like the Republicans have come very far. Heck they are still in the closet. Unfortunately many of them are not only gay but they are perverts. Now that's a whole new ball of wax. Perverts come in all kinds of ways. Straight perverts and gay perverts but perverts nonetheless. Sad. They need to search their hearts and all the perverts need to exit in the back. The back door that is. *S*

The Intimate Life of Abraham Lincoln is a great read. He was either in hidden, sexual relationships with men, or incredibly affectionate, physical yet non-sexual relations with them.

Now the latter is possible. Lincoln obviously knew his friends were homosexual however. He's either a great tease or simply a master at keeping the rest of the public clueless of his enjoyment of men.

What a great triumph this new push back against the wave of Republican hypocrisy! A new wave, a new Republican, not neo-republicans, not neo-cons (except for those they don't pardon, pardon me).
Men not afraid to trade their sexual proclivities for good paying jobs in Republican "think" tanks, positions of authority as soon as they graduate from Christianist universities and Liberty law schools.
With the right kind of backbone, and a stiff upper lip, the closeted can learn to stay out of urinals and hang with the stuffed shirts.
Overcome yourself, Nietzche said! Learn to overcome your fear of, your revulsion for women, and act like you love them, love their bodies in the dark at least, and, love how they can stand you. Have the courage to believe in miracles. Be proud and say it aloud, we put more than our money where our mouths are!

Thats right. Closeted homophobes, like Tucker Carlson, react violently to gay men but their penises become engorged when watching gay porn. Their straight brothers, who have no prooblem with gay men, don't become aroused.

Tucker Carlson needs to apologize for his rant on assaulting a gay man for an unwanted sexual advance. He just proved he is a self loathing gay man. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if he is a "MSM" or "man who has sex with other men," like Senator Larry Craig.

The otherwise wacky Glenn Beck brought up an interesting point tonight -- the possibility that closeted gays in Congress and elsewhere in our government are being blackmailed into voting or taking various actions on public issues.

That's not as far-fetched as it might sound, as sex-related blackmail apparently is standard procedure among the world's intelligence agencies. And we do seem to have a lot of closeted gays in our government, especially among Republicans.

Could the bizarre war in Iraq and the Republicans' strangely callous domestic policies be the result of blackmail? I wonder.

Favorite    Flag as abusive Posted 09:46 PM on 08/30/2007

To think that party leaders as ruthless as the Republicans would not employ every tactic available to them would be naive. Calling it blackmail is so harsh though. That's like caling lobbying bribery.

Lobbying is bribery when requests come attached with gigantic "political donations".

Threatening to ruin someone's political career if he/she doesn't vote your way is blackmail, no matter how you slice it.

It's far more than sex and hypocrits. It's about blackmail, prevasive and hardly new. It's how these people get to the powerful positions they hold. Votes you can "count on" regardless the constituant's wishes. Preversions are the fast track up the ladder..."

" Just like, to join a gang you've got to commit a crime so they'll know they can trust you. Same with the mob. That's the way they find out whether you're "one of them", i.e. with the same criminal mentality---to make sure you're not a cop. If they've got something on you that could ruin you, then they know they can trust you.

And same with foreign heads of state: we like 'em to have vices and secrets, so they'll be malleable; and they can live high on the hog as long as they keep us happy, but if they ever let us down they're toast because we've got the goods on them. If there's anything the globalists can't stand, it's an honest man with integrity. Those are the ones they'll kill every time---because the honest ones are intractable.

The Republican party have sold themselves out to a crime organization which takes pains to advance closet gays and perverts. (Those "family values" hypocrites are soooo easy to control.)

And Dems too most likely, though their weaknesses may be more often along the lines of money."

The democratic senators and congress must be all being blackmailed for similar or worse stories than Vitters and Craig.

They are all compromised, either by sexual behavior, or money corruption. That has to be the only answer as to why they are so frightened of standing up for American core values."
