I don't often begrudge my lactose intolerance but I seriously miss milkshakes. Especially during the summer. Soy Ice cream just is not the same.

Yummy, cereal milkshake! I always put cereal on top of my ice cream, when I do have it, and it is sooo good!

The cereal milk milkshakes aren't really that new... Momofuku's Milk Bar was doing something like this with their Cereal Milk.

I make avocado shakes on occasion. A Vietnamese buddy of mine introduced me to them. A little condensed milk and some ice cream, plus half an avocado, makes for an incredibly rich and yet also fresh tasting shake.

Katz's (Austin, Texas) is now closed. Just a few years ago, they started serving cheesecake milkshakes. Awesomely rich!

It was a complete slice of New York cheesecake blended into a milkshake. It was supposed to serve one person, but, even though I am a really big guy, I had to split it with a friend.

It is something one does once for the experience. But no more.
