New year, new start
For many of us, there is so much excitement when we are about to enter a brand new year. For me it means letting go of everything that doesn’t serve me. Such as material things, situations and relationships that don’t feel healthy to me, particularly ones that don’t lift my spirits. In other words I love letting go of old stagnant energies that keep me stuck , preventing me from flowing forward in life.
