Legendary singer, song writer, and music producer Smokey Robinson continues to dazzle fans of all ages with his great performances. On Tuesday, January 18, 2017, Smokey Robinson surprised students at Pio Pico Middle School in Los Angeles, CA when he joined them in a performance of one of his greatest hits originally performed by Smokey Robinson and the Miracles entitled, “You’ve Really Got a Hold on Me.” The impromptu performance was followed by a donation of music supplies to the school from Smokey Robinson, as well as a One Million Dollar donation presented by Niagara Water, along with Smokey Robinson, to the “Little Kids Rock” foundation dedicated to restoring and expanding music education in schools.

In addition to looking and sounding amazing, Smokey Robinson inspired the students by stressing to them the importance of not only playing music but also learning how to read music in order to have a successful career in the music industry. Smokey Robinson is still performing throughout the United States sounding better than ever! Bravo!
