Each one of us desires to succeed by achieving our goals. Every one of us hates to fail. In our journey following our dreams, we are forced to hit impediments and bottlenecks. Success embraces those who surmount the barriers and difficulties and push themselves to test & conquer boundaries beyond their limits. Consider a person who believed in himself and has set eyes on his goals. He has repeatedly re-affirmed his goals to convert it into belief. He has done whatever it takes to achieve his goals and dream and get the success he deserves. Growth is not a bed of roses. Suddenly by a stroke of nature, he slips down the incline he has surmounted till now and fell down. He lost everything he had, he lost his home, lost his job and lost this near and dear ones. It is not the first time, he fell. He fell earlier too. Every time he was failed, he kept his hope alive and got up with a vengeance. But this time he has been hit hard. His morale at its lowest, he doesn't have any motivation left in him to make him stand on his feet. After giving whatever we had, reaches a stage, when life is at its lowest. His life ahs fallen apart and no more motivation left to restart. At the moment, he doesn't have any energy left in ourselves to get up, and he can't look for anyone else to come and hold our hands to lift our spirits up, to inspire, to motivate him. He can use the five steps below to motivate ourselves again, to gain back the strength and gather our energies to go for the final assault will full might and make sure we achieve out goal.

1 - Visualise and Exaggerate Your Goals

Visualize your goals and exaggerate your goals. Your goals must be challenging and tempt you to strive to achieve it. If your goals are not enormous enough, to entice you to work to make it, you will not have the motivation to arise and go for it.

2 - Apply Five-Minute Rule

If you don't have the motivation, don't have energy and strength to do it for long, work on it for five minutes and only five minutes. This way you can keep working on the path for a shorter time till you regain your full strength. You keep repeat working on in 5-minute durations. You can repeat it several times a day, several times an hour. But don't give up.

3 - Build Your Army

Think you failed because you need an army to win. You alone cannot win the battle. You need to recruit soldier to form an army. And each book you read us a soldier in your army. Every book is the effort of an individual who has to spend 10 - 15 years behind him to put those ideas. Each book will provide you the fuel which an individual soldier can provide in a battle. Thus, build an army and keep making it when you are down, by reading more books.

4 - Set Reminders

We set the alarm to wake up daily, to get out of our beds. We set up reminders for our meetings and appointments. It is also necessary to set up alarms, reminders, and triggers to remind us of our goals. Those triggers should remind us of our goals at regular intervals.

5 - Study The Failures Of Other

If you consider the success stories, you will get a message. If you examine the failures of other, you will learn lessons. Academic schools teach lesson first and conduct tests and exams next. But Life experiences test us first and teaches lessons later.

Bear in mind these test you are going through and the loss you are facing at the moment and the difficulties you are in, are teaching you the lesson for future and preparing you and making you stronger to face the bigger challenges which you are going to meet in your life.
