Like the name says, Supercar Advocates, I am an avid Supercar fan. An SUV has never crossed my mind, well not until I met the 2017 Porsche Cayenne GTS.

My approach to the SUV segment has completely changed. Porsche have created a product that they want you to deem as a sports car but with all 4 corners raised, providing you with a similar feel and thrill to their sports executive lineage called the 911.

I’ve been left with, smiles, a cheeky grin and a very confused sentiment as to what makes an automobile purely fine.

Lets just say that taking a corner at 80km/hr on a tight mountainous twist and turns tarmac, is no stranger to this SUV, oh no it isn’t. Try this in most other SUV’s and you’ll feel the body roll, then you will see and experience the difference that the Cayenne has to offer, especially the GTS model.

Not to mention, Porsche has broken the Guinness World Record for the heaviest aircraft pulled by a production car. Porsche used a European-spec 2017 Cayenne S Diesel to pull an Air France Airbus A380, which weighs about 285-tonnes. The previous record holder pulled just 170 metric tons.

The Cayenne used to achieve this record is a stock standard car, the exact same one that you would buy if you were to walk into a Porsche dealership. It used a standard tow bar, however, they attached a special hook to enable it to tow the plane.

Need not say too much, best for you to click and watch the actual review down below and you can decide for yourself if it blows your mind away.
