Actor Anthony Michael Hall has been charged with felony battery with serious bodily injury after allegedly breaking his neighbor’s wrist, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office confirmed to The Huffington Post.

Hall, known for his roles in ‘80s teen movies like “The Breakfast Club” and “Weird Science,” and his neighbor had an altercation in September outside their Playa del Rey condo complex. The altercation, which was caught on video (above), reportedly resulted with Hall breaking his neighbor’s wrist and injuring the man’s back.

The Los Angeles County district attorney has charged Hall, and according to TMZ he could face up to seven years in prison. There is currently no arraignment date set.

The Huffington Post has reached out to a representative for Hall for more information and will update this post accordingly.

Hall was previously arrested in 2011 after allegedly “terrorizing” the condo complex. Diana Falzone, an ex-girlfriend of the actor, obtained a temporary restraining order against Hall in 2009 after he allegedly stalked her and attacked her at her New York apartment, Page Six reported at the time.
