Ask Angy, Undocumented Columnist, Gives Advice On Love And Other Topics (VIDEO)

Love is hard. Love without papers can be even harder, according to an undocumented advice columnist, Angy Rivera.

In Rivera's column, Ask Angy, she tackles hard topics, including questions of love. Angy answers questions like, "What happens if he wants to take a holiday abroad? And the big question: whether - and how - to tell a date about one's immigration status?," according to BBC News.

Less than six months from the Presidential election, Obama announced plans to offer some measure of relief to as many as 1.4 million young unauthorized immigrants, often dubbed DREAMers, in reference to the DREAM Act, a decade-old immigration reform bill. The act is supposed to help the many young people who were brought to the United States illegally by their parents.

The Immigration Policy Center estimates that there are nearly 2.1 million undocumented youth in the United States like would be eligible for legal status under the original Dream Act.

The 21-year-old student says she wants to help undocumented young people like herself sort out topics which are especially difficult without papers including -- but not limited to-- relationships.
