Here's A History Of Bisexuality, From Ancient Egypt To Stonewall

The earliest depictions date back to antiquity.

Bisexual people have their own unique history, but it often gets grouped together with other sexual identities, like that of gays and lesbians.

But in honor of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) History month, HuffPost Live spoke with Faith Cheltenham, the president of BiNet USA, and Dr. Herukhuti, a clinical sociologist and the founder of the Center for Culture, Sexuality and Spirituality, to discuss early depictions of bisexuals in ancient Egypt, notable pioneers in the 20th century and the role bisexuals played in key movements like the 1969 Stonewall riots.
