President Donald Trump is coming under verbal fire after reportedly insulting the White House.
“That White House is a real dump,” the president reportedly told members of his Trump National Golf Course in Bedminster, New Jersey, according to Golf Magazine.
That didn’t sit well with many of Trump’s critics, including at least one previous resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
Former first daughter Chelsea Clinton wrote:
Thank you to all the White House ushers, butlers, maids, chefs, florists, gardeners, plumbers, engineers & curators for all you do every day https://t.co/rjQS9HeALG
— Chelsea Clinton (@ChelseaClinton) August 1, 2017
Many others also shared their thoughts on the issue:
If @realDonaldTrump truly thinks the White House is a "dump," many of us would chip in to pay for the Uhaul to take him back to Trump Tower.

Trump thinks the White House is a real dump. Well, many Americans think a human heap of garbage has taken up residence there. https://t.co/4sfIyJ3re4

And Republicans were outraged just because Michelle Obama stated the fact that the White House was built by slaves. https://t.co/CXgW5kvzff

Trump thinks the White House, which we all pay to maintain, is "a real dump." He can do us all a favor by vacating the premises immediately.

Trump just called the White House, the People's House, "a real dump"

Retweet if you think he's no longer welcome & should GET THE HELL OUT! pic.twitter.com/Tq5qYEq14b
It's time for Donald Trump's family members to get out of the way and let professionals run the White House. Actually, it is way past time.

Since Classy Guy Trump thinks the White House is a total dump, presumably he won't mind being evicted from it soon.
