The Bristol: This year, The Bristol is offering a special brunch menu in a prix fixe format. The price will include fresh baked goods to be shared among the table, with enticing choices like chocolate cherry pound cake, cinnamon rolls or chai scones with lemon curd. Each diner will get one entrée, with options like bread pudding French toast with bourbon cream, house-made biscuits and gravy and a pork belly and fried egg sandwich topping the menu. Balsan: This three-course prix fixe meal at Balsan is ideal if you're looking for an upscale brunch this Easter. Diners start off with a selection of salumi, cheeses and scones, followed by one of their appetizing entrees, such as the Alaskan halibut with English peas and prosciutto or the French toast with blueberries, mascarpone and ginger. Salpicón: Spice up your brunch routine with a trip to Salpicón on Easter Sunday. Their á la carte menu includes classic entrees like Chihuahua cheese-stuffed poblano peppers, steak and eggs with spicy salsa and black beans and scrambled eggs with bacon, tomato, onion and serrano chiles. The menu will also feature a few modern dishes that are just as flavorful, including garlic-marinated quail with ancho chiles and rack of New Zealand baby lamb encrusted with pumpkin seeds and served with pasilla-tomatillo sauce.
