Chrissy Teigen has no time for haters or mommy shamers. The new mother went to bat for Kristin Cavallari on Twitter Tuesday after critics called out “The Hills” star over her children’s weight.
The mother of three responded to E! News and thanked Teigen for her support:
Cavallari faced tons of backlash this week for an old photo she posted of her family over the July 4th weekend.
The photo, which shows Cavallari’s husband, Jay Cutler, and her two sons, caused controversy among commenters who thought the reality star’s children looked too thin.
The 29-year-old wasted no time coming up with an exasperated, sarcastic reply.
“Yep, I starve my children,” Cavallari said, adding, “Just blocked the most people I’ve ever blocked in my entire life.”
Teigen has faced her own share of critics since giving birth to her daughter, Luna Simone Stephens, in April.
Critics called out the “Lip Sync Battle” co-host for going to dinner with her husband, John Legend, 10 days after Luna was born.
Teigen fired back with a few tweets of her own, handily demolishing anyone who dared to take her on. We can’t wait to see who she takes down (or stands up for) next.
