Twitter maverick President Donald Trump strikes again.
On Monday afternoon, Trump broke with Twitter norms to pin a tweet in a highly unusual way ― by pasting it into his account’s header image.
The president superimposed a post of Congressional Republicans celebrating the House’s passing of a measure to repeal and replace Obamacare in the Oval Office Thursday:
oh god, the banner pic.twitter.com/hwu4s79dLI

“Director Clapper reiterated what everybody, including the fake media already knows ― there is ‘no evidence’ of collusion w/ Russia and Trump,” said his caption that’s pasted over the snap.
The tweet was apparently in reference to former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper’s testimony at a Senate Judiciary subcommittee hearing.
Trump’s header image has since been switched out for a photograph of him celebrating the passing of the healthcare measure alongside Congressional Republicans in the White House’s Rose Garden.
But based on fellow Twitter users’ reaction to the post, the unusual way in which he pinned his tweet is one for the ages:
Trump's pettiness is dwarfed by his social media team's inability to appropriately size a header for Twitter. Can't do anything right. pic.twitter.com/WxUjwUk0Nr

this looks like a photoshopped joke but no, it's real, the leader of the free world did the most manual self-RT - the banner pic quote tweet pic.twitter.com/WV1j8yl7GE

Unlike his 3:00 am tweets, I'm guessing Trump had help with this Twitter banner. So that means his advisers were in on it.

Nothing says "completely innocent" like changing your Twitter banner photo to say "'no evidence' of collusion" pic.twitter.com/NKYbylOGrK
