The Chicago Cubs and a rock ‘n’ roll idol teamed up to honor the franchise’s first World Series title in 108 years.
In the wee hours after the Cubs defeated Cleveland in Game 7, the team posted a video of Eddie Vedder singing his heart out to a collage of celebrating Chicago faithful.
“We are one with the Cubs / With the Cubs, we’re in love,” Vedder sings in the song, which was reportedly written back in 2007.
