I am a seeker. I have sought far and wide and high and low. And the one thing that I am constantly inspired by is meeting fascinating fellow seekers. Many years ago at an ashram in Los Angeles I met Laurentine ten Bosch and about a year later both of our films happened to be screening at the same venue.

Then a few years later my friend Emmanuel Itier told me that a new "Netflix of positive films" was screening his film "Femme" so I asked him to put me in touch with Food Matters Television.

You can't imagine how happy I was to learn that FMTV was founded by Laurentine and her husband James Colquhoun, the team that made the amazing films "Food Matters" and "Hungry For Change."

Their mandate is to support individuals who want to take charge of their wellness and lead the healthiest, happiest lives possible. Laurentine and James personally curate the world's finest health and wellness videos containing life-saving information and practical solutions to living well every day.

James told me, "It's a destination where you can be guaranteed to find the best health documentaries out in the world. We personally search the globe for the most influential and life-changing films that exist because you deserve only the best!"

There is so much wonderful content on FMTV - inspiring documentaries, mind-blowing expert interviews, delicious nourishing recipes, plus yoga and meditation videos so that you can practice in the comfort of your own home. And starting today you can also find my "Beginner's Guide to Happiness: 5 Meditations to Inspire Joy" on FMTV.

With more than 600 videos, over 70 percent unique content, and new videos added weekly, FMTV will enthrall you no matter where you are on your wellness journey. Aside from the catalogue, FMTV is a vibrant community of like-minded people all around the world who are passionate about natural health and wellness.
