Fourth of July Tropical Ice Pops

Title: Fourth of July Tropical Ice Pops

Serves: 6

Ingredients
1 pound of frozen pineapple
1 over ripe banana (preferably frozen)
2 oz of coconut cream or full fat coconut milk
1 Tbsp of rum
1 tsp of vanilla
5 oz of orange juice
1 oz of lemon juice
1 tsp of lemon zest

Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into ice-pop molds and freeze overnight or at least 6 hours. If you don't have molds, you can used wax-coated Dixie cups and popsicle sticks.
