George Takei Takes Aim At Donald Trump Over FBI Russia Probe

"If Trump colluded with Russia, then his election and each and every action and appointment he has made must be declared null and void."

George Takei just stepped up his criticism of President Donald Trump.

The “Star Trek” actor and activist didn’t hold back Tuesday when tweeting on the FBI’s investigation into possible ties between Trump associates and Russian government officials in the run-up to the 2016 presidential election.

Firstly, Takei called for the election result and all of Trump’s subsequent political appointments to be “declared null and void” if the allegations are proven.

Takei later analogized how Olympic champions found to have cheated give their medal to the next contender and that a captured thief doesn’t get to keep their ill-gotten gains.

If the allegations were found to be true, Takei said an impeachment would be “an insufficient remedy” for Trump. Instead, he suggested awarding the presidency to Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton or holding a new election.

Takei also called for Trump to be banned from making presidential decisions “until the investigation results in charges or exoneration.” Check out Takei’s other tweets below:
