Since the release of the movie “Suicide Squad”, till now Harley Quinn is one of the most popular comic characters with a huge fan following. Even if it’s Comic-con or Halloween, most of the girls prefer to dress up themselves like her.

So far we have seen lots of variations in the appearance of Harley Quinn. Starting up with her classic costume, from comic book and cartoon series. That costume is still one of the most demanded attire most of the girls choose to wear in costume parties, comic cons, and Halloween along with their partner or just as Harley.

And right after many years, we got yet another Harley Quinn costume from the famous video game Batman: Arkham City. This outfit is completely different in design; however, the color combination of red and black is still the same. But the attire is even sexier and attractive as compared to the previous one.

But 2016 is the year that proves to be a sparkling, bad-ass and attention-grabbing year for the fans of Harley Quinn in all aspects. Well, this time the her costume comes up with a unique approach. As Margot Robbie’s Harley was the lead character in the movie with Deadshot and with Joker as well. And what makes her appearance more sparkling is the Harley Quinn jacket, and that’s what the female fans loved the most.

But What Happens When You Combine The Harley Quinn Makeup With A Religious Wear?

I know that sounds weird, but that’s what makes Harley Quinn ‘Hijab Girl’ a trending news for the internet. The news became more viral when Nora Belk, a makeup artist from Netherland, posted her selfie on Imgur and Instagram in red and black hijab and shared her views in her words by saying

“I wear a hijab, and this is my Halloween make-up for this year calling it ‘Halal-ey Quinn,'”

Now we all know that a Muslim woman uses Hijab to cover her head and body in the presence of a male, who is not a part of her family. But the way Nora transformed her hijab into a costume is truly exceptional and kind of new stuff for Halloween. However, despite getting lots of negative comments and critics, her photo has been viewed around 600,000 times. Wow, that’s huge! That’s what makes her proud in saying that “[The hijab] is part of my identity and who I stand for, so I wear it proudly,”
