The former secretary of state received birthday wishes from all kinds of notable figures, including writer and actress Lena Dunham and singer Katy Perry, who presented Clinton with a birthday gift while joining Clinton at a campaign rally in Iowa this weekend.
And of course Clinton's husband, former President Bill Clinton, got in on the HBD action:
