Jared Leto And Mark Ruffalo Wear Bizarre Disguises To Attend Comic Con

Entirely unrecognizable.

Part of the fun of Comic Con for attendees during the social media era is never knowing if a celebrity looking for some digital hearts is walking among you in disguise.

This year at New York Comic Con, it was Jared Leto and Mark Ruffalo's turn to fool other cosplayers into moments worth thousands of online reactions.

Leto found someone dressed as his upcoming Joker role from "Suicide Squad," and, Oh, Batman, was the thing that someone says to cause amusement or laughter on that cosplayer.

As Uproxx notes, Leto wore a mandrill mask, which is somewhat similar to Rafiki from "The Lion King."

Ruffalo went to Comic Con with his son, warding off recognition with what appears to be a Luigi costume.

If that's truly what Luigi will look like in old age, it seems like this publication running a "Luigi Doesn't Look Like This Anymore" headline in a few years is inevitable.

Cleaning gold coins out of pipes, dehaunting mansions and racing go karts apparently weathers the face.

Luigi sure looks a bit roughalo.
