Kesha Returns To The Stage To Perform With New Band Yeast Infection

True to form, there was glitter involved.

Kesha isn't letting her legal troubles stay in the way of performing.

The singer, who's currently in the middle of a messy legal dispute with former producer Dr. Luke, took to the stage Wednesday to perform with the band Yeast Infection.

For the set, Kesha showed off a different side of herself as she sang a toned down, grungier version of her hit single "Blow." But true to Kesha form, there was still glitter involved -- this time spread on her arms.

The singer shared a video of the set on her Facebook page on Friday night.

"HAPPY HOLLERDAYZ from Y E A S T I N F E C T I O N!!! I love all of my ANIMALS!!! Thanks for all of the support this year!!!....Don't worry NO ONE will ever shut me up," she captioned the video.

Kesha also shared a short clip from the show on Instagram.

"No matter what, no one will ever stop me from making noise. never let anyone take ur happiness. that's the only way they beat u," she wrote.

Back in 2014, Kesha filed a lawsuit against Dr. Luke, who she claimed persuaded her to drop out of high school at 18 and leave everything behind. The "TiK ToK" singer also accused Dr. Luke of repeatedly drugging and raping her.

Dr. Luke hit back with a defamation suit against Kesha, claiming that he was being extorted.

The singer is still technically bound by her contract with Dr. Luke, which means she won't be able to record new music with any other producers until (if ever) she's released from it.
