'Key & Peele' Star Keegan-Michael Key Files For Divorce From Wife Of 17 Years

"Key & Peele" star Keegan-Michael Key has filed for divorce from his wife Cynthia Blaise after 17 years of marriage.

According to People magazine, the comedian filed paperwork on New Year's Eve, though the the couple separated in November.

The pair have no children together. In the divorce docs, the 44-year-old comedian requested to delay a decision on spousal support until a later date.

Blaise, an actress and voice and speech teacher, made numerous appearances on her husband's award-winning Comedy Central show, which ended this past September after five seasons.

She's also appeared in other sketch videos with him, including this Second City short "Meditations on Yoga," in which she plays "The Cougar."

In happier news, Key's co-star and long-time comedic partner Jordan Peele proposed to "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" star Chelsea Peretti back in November, after over two years of dating.
