Khloe Kardashian Talks About Scott Disick's Alarming Call

"Contemplating dark thoughts should be taken very seriously," she tweeted.

Khloe Kardashian took to Twitter Sunday night to talk about her scary conversation with Scott Disick on the latest episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

On Sunday's episode, viewers heard a distressed Disick talk to Khloe on the phone.

"I just ... I can't do this," said Disick, who, at this point in filming, had recently split from Kourtney Kardashian after nine years and three kids together. "My life is officially over. I just want it over."

Khloe tweeted about the conversation, telling followers that "dark thoughts should be taken very seriously."

Disick has openly struggled with substance abuse and had a penchant for partying in the past. The 32-year-old reality star reportedly entered rehab in October 2015 for drug and alcohol addiction, according to an Us Weekly report.

His struggles have also been well-documented on Season 11 of "KUWTK," which was filmed right after Kourtney and Disick ended their long relationship following news of his reported infidelity.

"It's been a really hard time going from, like, having all of you guys to having nobody," said Disick in one episode, where he's seen talking to Kourtney and some of the family about the breakup. "I f**ked up. I made the worst decision I could've ever made in my life."
