MSNBC host Lawrence O’Donnell is calling out Fox News host Bill O’Reilly over legal threats made against one of the women who have accused him of sexual harassment.

An attorney for O’Reilly told the New York Times that “we are now seriously considering legal action” in response to harassment claims from Wendy Walsh, a former regular guest on “The O’Reilly Factor.”

But O’Donnell told Joy Reid on MSNBC’s “AM Joy” on Sunday that if they sue Walsh, they should sue him as well:

“I believe that Bill O’Reilly sexually harassed Wendy Walsh. I believe Bill O’Reilly is a sexual harasser. Now, according to O’Reilly’s thug lawyer, I’m sue-able right now. Go ahead. Go ahead. Come and sue me, Bill O’Reilly, I dare you.”

He predicted that O’Reilly won’t sue because “he’s actually guilty of these things” and also because he wouldn’t want to be under oath answering questions about the case.

O’Donnell also blasted Fox News as a “cesspool of sexual harassment and abuse of women.”
