Legends Of New York's Latex Ball Celebrate The History Of Voguing

It's been 25 years since the Gay Men's Health Crisis created the annual Latex Ball in 1990 in response to the HIV and AIDS epidemic. The event has continued to endure as a means of raising awareness about HIV and AIDS while also celebrating the underground ballroom dance scene. Before Saturday's all-night-long Latex Ball competition at New York City's Terminal 5 -- featuring (as per usual) voguing, dancing, modeling and competing -- HuffPost Live wanted to honor the event and those involved. In the video above, host Alex Berg sits down with members of the House of Khan -- including Luna Khan, the overall father of the House of Khan, Lil Man Khan and Natasha Khan -- to help you understand the fabulously enriched event and its history. Spoiler alert: There's voguing involved.
