McConnell Goes 'Nuclear' In Fight Over Gorsuch Nomination

In a historic move, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) and his fellow Republicans changed a longstanding Senate rule on Thursday. The new change paves the way for Donald Trump's SCOTUS nominee Neil Gorsuch to be confirmed with a simple majority rather than the normally required 60 votes.
