The residents of Flint, Michigan are receiving a charitable gift from Nicki Minaj’s boyfriend Meek Mill.
According to TMZ, the 28-year-old rapper bestowed an undisclosed lump sum of money to the Flint Child and Family Health Development Fund and donated 60,000 bottles of water to the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan.
Since President Obama declared a state of emergency in the area on January 16, a slew of celebrities -- including Cher, who donated over 180,000 bottles of water -- have expressed their thoughts on the city’s lead-contaminated water supply.
Why we worried about the Oscars? We need to be worried about what's going on in Flint and Chicago. Mlk didn't die for shows and trophies.

For 2 yrs u have NO safe water to drink. All your children have irreversible brain damage. How long before you'd be leading the uprising?
