Miranda Lambert Smiling, Singing In First Public Appearance Since Divorce From Blake Shelton

Well, what else would you expect from a country superstar? Just a few days after announcing her divorce from Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert looks to be finding solace in her music.

Lambert, 31, made a surprise appearance at friend Ashley Monroe's Nashville gig on Wednesday night, jumping on stage for a duet of her own song "Heart Like Mine." A video of the appearance, posted on YouTube by Hunter Kelly, features a smiling Lambert and guitar-strumming Monroe, 28, singing the hit they co-wrote with Travis Howard. They finished their rendition with a big hug, to the cheers of the crowd at The Basement East venue.

On Saturday, Lambert broke down during a performance of "The House That Built Me" at the Cheyenne Frontier Days festival in Wyoming.

Lambert and Shelton disclosed the end of their four-year marriage on Monday, saying in a joint statement,"This is not the future we envisioned and it is with heavy heart that we move forward separately. We are real people, with real lives, with real family, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter."
