“Glee” star Naya Rivera is truly telling all in her new memoir, Sorry Not Sorry.

The actress and author opens up about getting breast implants while in high school in a new excerpt published exclusively by People magazine.

“I went around to all my teachers, told them I was going to be out. ‘I’m getting plastic surgery!’ I’d tell them gleefully,” Rivera wrote. “My art teacher was stoked –- when I told her she said that she too had fake tits and that she was very excited for me.”

Though the 29-year-old said her parents didn’t approve at the time, her new chest got a welcome reception from the boys at school when she returned to class. Rivera, who paid for the surgery with her own money, is still happy with the results, which is the only thing that matters.

“People have a lot of opinions about plastic surgery, but more than ten years after I got my boobs, they still make me happy when I look in the mirror. It might have even been the best $8K I’ve ever spent.”

Rivera recently recounted another personal matter, sharing an excerpt from her memoir that dealt with having an abortion. The actress said she had the abortion while she was still on the show “Glee,” and did it on her day off. It happened a few months after breaking up with her now-husband, Ryan Dorsey.

“It was very scary to open up about everything,” Rivera told People. “It’s not something a lot of people talk about, but I think they should. I know some people might read it and say, ‘What the hell?’ But I hope someone out there gets something out of it.”
