These News Anchors Can't Even Pretend To Like Their Coworker's Awful Holiday Dip

"Something went terribly wrong!"

Leslie Horton’s artichoke dip did not go according to plan.

The Global News Calgary traffic reporter said she prefers to just buy Safeway fruit cakes for holiday gatherings, but in the true spirit of the season, she made a dip. Unfortunately, the culinary creation tasted so bad her coworker nearly vomited on air after tasting it.

“It’s not that bad,” meteorologist Jordan Witzel said while gagging. “It’s ― the vinegar.”

“But there’s no vinegar in there!” Horton responded.

The segment naturally unraveled from there.

As video of the cooking fail made its way around the internet, Twitter fans tried to encourage Horton by offering to taste her creation. She charitably turned them down and described how the dish really tasted:

At least she didn’t bring in a chocolate cake.
