Diver Ahmad Amsyar Azman of Malaysia belly-flopped on Monday during the preliminaries of the 3-meter springboard in Rio, drawing a collective “Ohhhhhhh!” from the announcers.

Not surprisingly, the diver finished dead last.

Not to worry, sir. Nadezhda Bazhina of Russia, who hit the pool on her back during this year’s games, knows your flop pain.
