Use This Calculator To Find Out The Salary You Deserve For Being A Parent

Flower delivery company Interflora launched a new British ad campaign in honor of Mother's Day, which falls on the fourth Sunday of Lent in the U.K. Titled "Hardest Job in the World," the campaign includes a fake job listing in The Times for an incredibly demanding position.

Similar to the hugely viral "World's Toughest Job" commercial from American Greetings, the job requirements in the ad consist of outrageous hours, no vacation time, little sleep, unlimited patience, and responsibilities like "chauffeuring, cooking, cleaning and counselling."

But instead of the American Greetings commercial's zero pay requirement, Interflora's fake job listing offers a salary of 172,000 pounds, or 258,000 American dollars -- calculated based on what a parent would earn working so many extreme hours in professions like personal assistant, chauffeur, teacher, and more.

The "Hardest Job in the World" website also includes a "mum salary calculator," so real parents (dads too, of course) can input the hours they spend on various tasks to take care of their kids and see how much they should really be earning. Head over to the site to calculate your "salary!"

Hint: It's a lot.
