The first day of school is tough for everyone. It doesn't make it any easier when you're asked to talk about missing your mom on live television.
But that's what happened when KTLA interviewed Andrew, a pre-K student getting ready for his first day.
"Are you going to miss your mom?," reporter Courtney Friel asked.
"No!" he said, giggling, then immediately broke down crying when he probably realized that he loved his mom and would in fact miss her very much.

His reaction was certainly relatable -- but we can't help wondering if this interview just undid all the work Andrew's family put into getting him ready for the big day.
According to KTLA, his mom gave him a hug right afterward.
