Disney's Newest Princess Just Made Her First Big Public Appearance

If you’ve been looking for a reason to head to Disney World, then this is a beautiful one indeed.

Princess Elena, Disney’s first Latin-inspired princess, made her in-person debut on Thursday with a special welcome procession at Florida’s Magic Kingdom. Things looked more than magical:

Disney describes Elena as a “brave and adventurous teenager” who is just learning to rule in a kingdom of her own. As part of her welcome show, she greeted fans and performed a signature song. A smaller version of the show will live on as a limited-engagement attraction at the park.

We can’t wait to see Elena take Disney World by storm. Welcome, Princess Elena!
