Rep. Rob Wittman (R-Va.) defeated his Democratic opponent Norm Mosher in the midterm election on Tuesday.

Wittman, who represents Virginia's 1st congressional district, was first elected to the U.S. Congress in 2006. Mosher served as Chair of the Lancaster County Democratic Committee.
