RuPaul's DragCon To Hit Los Angeles May 7-8

"DragCon says, ‘Welcome home, baby.’”

Did you miss the fun, looks and excitement of the first RuPaul's DragCon? Well fear not, because World of Wonder is making it an annual event -- and the second DragCon is sure to be even more wild than the first.

RuPaul and World of Wonder announced the line-up for the second DragCon this week, with tens of thousands of people expected to descend upon Los Angeles to celebrate the art of drag and self-expression.

“RuPaul’s DragCon is the place to find your tribe,” RuPaul said in a statement. “For all the super creative and super sensitive people out there who live in a world that says that you’re too much or that you don't fit in, DragCon says, ‘Welcome home, baby.’”

The 2016 DragCon will take place from May 7-8 and will bring together queens from all seven installments of the iconic queer television competition "RuPaul's Drag Race." The event will feature over 100 vendors and exhibits, engaging panel discussions from across the spectrum of queer identity and performance, as well as screenings and opportunities for photos and autographs with the queens.

The list of queens slated to attend this year's DragCon is extensive and includes fan favorites like Raja, Katya, Ivy Winters, Chad Michaels, Alyssa Edwards, Alaska, Tammie Brown, Trixie Mattel, Laganja Estranja, JuJuBee and Detox -- just to name a few.
