Sam Smith's 'Spectre' Theme Song Is Finally Here

Sam Smith's "Writing's on the Wall" will be the theme of the new Bond flick, "Spectre," out Nov. 6.

Debuting on U.K. radio early Friday morning, the song was made available on Spotify and iTunes soon after. Smith had teased, and later confirmed, he'd recorded the new Bond theme song earlier this month.

"This is one of the highlights of my career," Smith said in a statement.

"Writing's on the Wall" was co-written by Smith and his frequent collaborator Jimmy Napes. He joins a long history of powerhouse singers including Adele, Tina Turner and Gladys Knight in recording his dramatic theme for the latest 007 installment.
