Goaltender Semyon Varlamov Gets Quite An Eyeful During NHL Playoff Game

Well, This Goaltender Got Quite An Eyeful During NHL Playoff Game

Colorado Avalanche goaltender Semyon Varlamov was arrested in October when his girlfriend told police he beat her, but the domestic violence charges were later dropped. A few Wild fans, however, weren't about to let the matter be forgotten during the Avalanche's NHL Stanley Cup playoff game at Minnesota on Monday.

Stationed behind the net, they held up Varlamov's mug shot and a photo from a court appearance for the goalie to see.

Still, Minnesota won the game, 5-2 (two of the home team's goals came after Varlamov was pulled), to tie the series at three games each and force a decisive Game 7.
