The One Yoga Pose You Should Do If You Sit All Day Long

It's a simple stretch your body will thank you for.

Your gym teacher probably led you through this move in elementary school, but it's certainly not reserved for kids.

This simple seated stretch will free up the backs of your legs, which are often tight after sitting at a desk or behind the wheel of a car for long periods of time. In the Udaya video above, yoga instructor Vytas Baskauskas demonstrates how to comfortably do the stretch in a seated position. Watch and follow along as he leads you through an easy, soothing warm up and then gets to relieving those tight hamstrings, hips and calves.
