You know that feeling when you just can’t keep your eyes open? When you can’t even hold your head up straight?

This little boy knows the feeling all too well. He’s trying really had to make it out of the frozen aisle with his head up straight, but the overwhelming power of sleep is getting the best of him in this America’s Funniest Home Videos clip.

But kudos to the shopper for letting his eyes rest.

Kids between 3- to 5-year olds should be clocking 11 to 14 hours of sleep everyday, according to The National Sleep Foundation. And toddlers between 1 and 2 should be getting 12 to 15 hours of sleep.

There’s no magical age when science says all kids are ready to stop napping. Most important is that kids get enough total sleep overall ― and aren’t so tired throughout the day that they start rubbing their eyes, yawn, fuss or cry or zone out (the hallmark signs they NEED a nap), NSF says.

Bottom line: evidence would suggest this adorable tot needs some shuteye.

Watch the video to see why.
