Authorities have expunged the record of former Rep. Trey Radel after the Florida Republican completed his probation ahead of schedule, WINK News reported on Thursday.

The lawmaker resigned from Congress in January after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine. Last year, an undercover police officer sold Radel 3.5 grams of cocaine for $250 at a restaurant in Washington, D.C. His initial probation period was scheduled to end Nov. 20.

Republican businessman Curt Clawson won a special election in June to replace Radel.
