In 2015, Scottish rock band Biffy Clyro consciously took a step back from the spotlight they had been in for years. While it looked like the band took the whole year of, they were actually figuring out their next move. Leading up to their seventh album Ellipsis (2016) the band felt they needed to recapture some of the innocence they had when the band just started out.
