Greetings HuffPo readers:

We are the Toronto-based electro-pop collective Fritz Helder & The Phantoms and we are going to shake some multi-colored glitter on HP today and tell you how we feel about fashion. Our debut album, Greatest Hits: Platinum Edition drops this week and in honor of our first single off the album, "Lagerfeld Lady," we are going to introduce you to a whole new way to look at fashion as a passion with our "Ten Reasons Why We Love Lagerfeld: An Ode to Uncle Karl." We also included a stream of an exclusive "Angry Kid" remix of "Lagerfeld Lady." Enjoy!

1. Karl tells it like it is. In a recent issue of Harper's Bazaar he quipped, "The body has to be impeccable. If it's not, buy small sizes and eat less food."

2. He also advised to not drink in stilettos. Nothing says "fashion faux pas" like falling flat on your face in a pair of beautiful 6-inch Chanel heels.

3. "Better a split personality than no personality at all." We have to agree with that one. See the photo below for an example.

4. Karl's right-hand-man Sebastian. Mom, can I have one too please?

5. He wears the same "super villain" uniform everyday: high collared shirt, black blazer, skinny pants, excessive rings and gloves, and wears sunglasses 24/7.

6. He can control the weather with his mind. Seriously. Now you know why he wears the shades.

7. "Don't use expensive clothes as a screen for your personal doubts." Enough said.

8. We are convinced Karl can predict the future. He landed his H&M deal way before designers jumped onto the lower priced label bandwagon.

9. Photographer. Designer. Art Director. Model. How many jobs are you qualified for? Karl might be onto something here, especially in these rough economic times.

10. He's always prepared to walk on a runway; whether he's at Bryant Park or LaGuardia. Now that's fierce.
