Welcome to 2011, the year that began with the auspicious date 1/1/11. That is the reason I decided to dedicate this newsletter to a question I am asked very often by people from all over the world: "What does it mean if I see 111 or 1111 everywhere I go?"
Well, besides the fact that it might be 1:11 p.m. or 11:11 a.m., I believe this phenomenon is a way for the One, Universe, spirit or God, to tell you that you are on the right path and to just keep going. Here is a metaphor that can help. Imagine that you are sitting in a coffee shop with your laptop or mobile and your device is looking for a wireless connection so you can read your e-mails.
Searching, still searching... Then finally it connects and a LED light shines proudly, informing you that "You Are Connected." Whenever we see 111 or 1111 or similar repetitive patterns or synchronicity, it is a sign that we are now connected to the "One." The force is with you; push forward full-steam.
Recurring 1s tell you that you are connected to the Universal Wide Web; it does not tell you anything besides that. Even if you have wireless connection, you cannot read your incoming messages unless you sign in to your e-mail account. Seeing 111 is not a message; it is a sign that now you are ready and able to read the messages from life.
The question "what does it mean?" doesn't work very well with synchronicities. In many of the cases, the synchronicity tells you that you are in the right place doing the right thing. It is like a cosmic cheerleader encouraging you to continue your game. When you see a great deal of 111, or 3333, or 777 or 666 (hmm... what does that mean?) stop for a second, close your eyes, breathe deeply, and try to pick up messages, clues, sensations, sounds and smells that can relate to what you are going through in life. The dancing digits, as I like to call this phenomenon, are spotlights that shine on a moment in space and time, asking you to pay attention to something in your inner and/or outer environment. The dancing digits tell you that the channels of communication between you and the one are open, ready to give and receive. It is not the message; it is the messenger.
Because it started with 1/1/11, this year will most likely be a year filled with synchronicities where your spiritual LED light will blink many a time.
