They dance together to songs from Louis Armstrong's "What A Wonderful World" to Stevie Wonder's "You Are The Sunshine Of My Life." And in those moments, the father of the bride feels the full impact of which he's known for some time now -- his "little girl" has grown and is now on her own journey. And he feels it in his heart.

In honor of Father's Day then, here are some touching moments dads have at their daughters' weddings. It's part of their journey.

 • It's the moment his daughter the Bride is having her "First Look" with her soon to be husband. And he said, "She's my only daughter," and slumped into the best man's shoulder. Photo by G.E. Masana.

 • In the family home, the bride has gotten ready in her room, and came down the stairs where dad was waiting for her, admiring her. And without a word, she took his hand, and they danced. Photo by G.E. Masana.

 • Speaking of dances, here are a few different ways brides and their dads get it done. Some break out into a twist. Photo by G.E. Masana.

 • Others may have a few ballroom moves. Photo by G.E. Masana.

 • Even in the midst of an on-looking crowd however, it's still a very personal moment between them. Photo by G.E. Masana.

 • And it's a kind of a life marker, the Father-Daughter dance. Because even though she's already likely set out in the world on her own, dads feel their emotions well up reflecting on their memories of days and times gone by, from when she was born until now. And they think about the cycle of life, and the meaning of it all, when the time comes to dance with their daughters. Photo by G.E. Masana.
