JoJo's Got Style
Whether it's an all-leather badass ensemble or a matching patterned crop top and skirt, JoJo's going to be bringing the heat with her Bachelorette outfits and sending us into immediate online shopping fits. That said, we do kind of hope she leaves that off-the-shoulder cream top at home; that look has been done to death by every Bachelor contest and it's time to #LetItGo.
JoJo's an Animal Lover
How cute is JoJo's dog, Jackson? We can only hope she has several Jackson cameo appearances in her contract--perhaps atop a waterfall or in a helicopter ride? After all, seeing how a man interacts with her dog is a clear sign as to whether he's a good match for her or a secret sociopath. Because, honestly, who wouldn't love that dog?!
Family's Number One
We're super excited that JoJo's the Bachelorette-because that means we're about to see more of her hot brothers! Ben and Matt (named after celeb BFFs Affleck and Damon?) made quite the impression on audiences during Ben Higgins' hometown date. Not only did their protective sides come out, so did their form-fitting sweaters, which is why we're hoping to see more of them this season. JoJo's clearly close with her entire family, whether it's going to football games with her brothers, wishing her adorable dad a happy Father's Day, or hanging out with her mom and...Eva Longoria?!
Wait, is JoJo related to Eva Longoria in some way?
(Turns out, she is not--her brother was on Eva's reality show Ready for Love--but now we're hoping for a Eva cameo too!)
She Cleans Up Real Nice
This is mostly an excuse to show JoJo's hot brothers in formalwear, but damn, JoJo! Of course we remember that she served some incredible rose ceremony looks on The Bachelor--but as the Bachelorette we know she's gonna step it up, considerably. We're anticipating plunging necklines and lots of metallics. Don't let us down, JoJo!
She's Not Afraid to Try New Things
The Bachelorette thrives on making the contestants do weird and mostly humiliating things to win them over-remember Kaitlyn's sumo wrestling? Or when Ben forced everyone to perform circus tricks-in costume!-on The Bachelor? The fact that JoJo will go into a cryogenic pod shows she's willing to push past her comfort zone, and we can't wait to see how that materializes in the kinds of dates she dreams up. Cryogenic pods for everyone!
She Knows How to Party
Even though Kaitlyn Bristowe will forever be our favorite Bachelorette wino, we're glad to see JoJo knows how to cut loose and tie one on every once in awhile. Sure, she'll keep it classy on the how, but that little liquid courage usually gets the contestants to open up and be more vulnerable with each other-or give them the bravery to call each other out, all of which makes excellent TV.
