All the President's ...Shame!

HELLO EVERYONE.

I have been reading a lot about Bob Woodward and the CIA leak scandal as it unfolds like a scandalous flower of untruth (pollinated by lies), and it reminds me of something that happened to me a few weeks ago. I sincerely hope my story can shed some light on current events.

My family and I were traveling through Arizona and stopped in a small town to check out an ostrich ranch. At the ranch, there are over a thousand African Black Breeding Hens, which are big, bold and beautiful thick-feathered birds used for making other baby birds.

Some of these breeds are very rare and produce large, hard shelled eggs.

It was a totally awesome place to visit! : )

There were all sorts of animals to feed. Our favorites were, of course, the ostriches! My nephew Garrett was staring at one mother ostrich who was guarding one of her precious eggs. I bet Garrett that the ostrich eggs are so tough, you could stand on them and they wouldn't break. I bet him twenty dollars, which is a lot for a 12 year-old. He climbed up on the egg, and instantly the egg broke. Oddly, however, he didn't have egg yolk on his shoes. Instead the egg cracked open through the middle and revealed a perfectly formed ostrich chick, which was then crushed to death under Garrett's weight.

Now that I retell the story, i realize it has nothing at all to do with Bob Woodward or the CIA leak scandal.
