To find out the answer to that question, I visited, for the first time (trust me) the site of Stormfront, the major white nationalist/white supremacist --some say, neo-Nazi -- hate site. You can do the same, if you wish. It may take awhile, as traffic overload is an issue today, for obvious reasons.
Actually, it is disconcerting to see that the site gets plenty of traffic every day, judging from the number of threads and posts and the purported number of new registrants last month (over 10,000).
One problem today reading the reactions there: The main thread drew dozens of responses but was shut down and is now locked. Another thread is active as I write this, perhaps because it is buried and follows on years-old tributes to the alleged killer, James W. Von Brunn.
The postings in that thread so far are mainly critical of his actions, in terms of hurting the cause. Some are neutral. One explains why the earlier thread was taken down--because they were TOO supportive of the shooting.. Someone posted some artwork by the killer.
UPDATE: A separate thread has now been kicked off with: "James W. Von Brunn victim of Jewish extremism." Another member posted this: "Our entire race is a victim of jewish extremism, hate and genocidal policies. Examples of this are many and can be easily found throughout this site. The jews are anything but the victim's that they claim to be. They are the ultimate destroyers." A third: "von Brunn was trying to send a powerful and courageous message." And one more: "Heroes refuse to go out with a whimper. An example to all of us." A couple of other toxic threads have also now appeared.

Then I will cause as much issue as I can for everyone in the cause, and live through it, so that I can be held up for months or years afterward as a example of the "smart lone-wolf"....... It is based on what I call the"THE WHITE HAT SYNDROME". As long as one dons the white hat anything from tortu re to mu rder is OK - the WHITE HAT makes it so.
Look at all the previous black groups who tried to get established and read what happened to them. Have you read anything of the same nature that happened to white supremacists? NO!
This just goes to show you that "supremacy" is not even equal in this country. Imagine a hispanic supremacy group starting! Good grief charlie brown, what would the right say about that?
It's understood in this country that the right controls all the hate groups and that's why they are allowed to grow and prosper because they eventually keep the population in chaos and divided like the right wants it. That way the right can keep control of our government through blatant dictatorial means right in front of our faces. We've already had a dynasty in control with just the B u s h s and C l i n t o n s and neither did anything to control white supremacy. Yet ALL black groups have been decimated one way or another. Now isn't that strange?
Why do the white spremacy groups prosper? Can anyone answer that question in a realistic viewpoint. I'm not trying to cause disparity among us, I'm just needing to hear some truths for a change.
Exhibit #1 is the annual retreat of law enforcement types that visit TN. Inform yourself and be amazed at some of the activities that take place there. The extremist groups are populated by our neighbors and we can't deny them their God given rights just to protect those who don't look like us.
SHAMEFUL. My hope is that the new DOJ will change how we deal with the haters.
These folks fester, because the status quo media has made a concerted effort to dismiss them into the background and not deal with the millions of white Americans who have never been able to overcome skin color prejudice. Even MSNBC had its reporters who did not directly state that the recent killer was a white supremist just like they watered down the white female who claimed 2 black guys kidnapped her and her daughter.
Self-denial is a huge cause of why white racism is still a problem in society, Obama is forced into giving a speech on race while his white colleagues sit on their hands and tongues and continue to say nothing. How awfully effective.

The lack of outrage about these ongoing, needless wars is pretty eerie.
Another thing that bothers me is the shrill name calling, forming a "chain of blame" from von Brunn to white supremacists to "militia types" to virtually all Republicans. It looks to me like half the country's residents are being blamed for this murder. I know plenty of Republicans and they are just normal people. It bothers me how much hate there is at HufPo for the Republicans. We need peace...things seem to be spiraling out of control.
