FEMA Director Mike Brown, at this morning's Emergency Ops press conference in Baton Rouge, said, in answer to a reporter's question, that "no one (in the relief/rescue operation) has been shot at in the past forty-eight hours." That would mean since Thursday morning, yet security has been used to explain delays in the arrival of buses and essential materials since then.
